Dialogue4Innovation Working Session: Reflecting on the MED S3 Strategies for a sustainable transition
The European Commission, with the support of the Generalitat de Catalunya and the S3 CoP Secretariat, is organising the S3 Forum in Barcelona the 28th of November. The Forum offers stakeholders a unique opportunity to network, discuss S3 implementation, and exchange insights on common challenges and best practices. Following, several meetings and a side-event are organised the 29th of November.
In this framework, the partners from the Dialogue4Innovation project invite those S3 policy makers from MED countries attending the S3 Forum to join the working session that will take place the 29th of November at 11.30 am. This working session will present the tools and methodologies of the Dialogue4Innovation project to address a sustainable transition that can support MED S3 policy makers and other institutional stakeholders. It will also present the Innovation Camp that will take place in Barcelona on the 9th and 10thof May 2024.
In continuation, the side event “Catalonia’s S3 in action: shared agendas explained by their main players” will take place at 15.00 pm. The regional government and key stakeholders will disclose in detail the process of creation and implementation of RIS3CAT Shared Agendas, which have been acknowledged as good practices across the EU and inspire other regions. This session will also be of great interest for MED S3 policy makers as it will be an excellent opportunity to note the lessons learned and uncover first-hand the complexity of S3 and innovation policies from the Catalan example.
