Most regional and local authorities trying to advance a circular economy agenda already have the strategy on paper and the right partners formally on board. The hard part is what comes next: getting those actors to take genuine ownership of the process and keep it alive beyond the project. Among the ISE Thematic Projects that responded to the poll during CoP in Athens, the dominant challenge was not getting the right people in the room — it was getting them to genuinely co-own the work once they were there. This webinar takes that as its starting point.

Rather than a project showcase or a general primer on regional policy, it is a structured conversation about what that transition actually requires in practice — told by projects that live it — and what the upcoming funding period means for regions trying to build something durable.
